FAQ
Questions before you buy
Where do I buy a Visyon projector?
On Amazon. The buttons take UK customers to Amazon.co.uk and Irish customers to Amazon.ie, where you check out with your own Amazon account. Switch country with the UK / IE button at the top of the page.
Which model should I choose?
Turn 1 is the compact choice for a bedroom or small room. HY300 Ultra adds a built-in speaker and Bluetooth 5.4. The J500 is the brightest at 400 ANSI lumens, for rooms you can't make fully dark. See the comparison.
Do I need a TV stick?
No. The projectors have apps built in, so WiFi is all you need to start. Some streaming services limit which devices their apps run on; if one isn't available, plug a TV stick into the HDMI port.
Can I watch on the ceiling?
Yes. The stand turns through 180°, so you can point the projector straight up. Read how to project on the ceiling.
How big is the picture?
The further the projector is from the wall, the bigger the picture. Our screen size and distance guide explains how to work it out.
How do delivery and returns work?
Orders are delivered by Amazon. Prime members get One-Day delivery on eligible orders and postcodes; everyone else gets Amazon's standard delivery. Amazon's returns policy applies (most items can be returned within 30 days). For help using your projector, contact Visyon support.
